He assists in pre-litigation and judicial defence important groups of national and multinational companies in the chemical, financial, banking, fashion and luxury field, as well as dealing with utilities, commercial distribution of luxury and grocery products.

He is a continued consultant in the stock market sector for financial groups, intermediaries, family office and issuers of financial instruments in the financial and banking sector, in the field of credit and free circulation of capital within the UE. He takes part in several major disputes before the Community Courts, national and international administrative bodies dealing with financial, competition and industrial property law.

He has held several assignments in the area of civil and professional liability of lawyers, notaries , administrators , auditors , brokers, credit, financial advisors and administrative supervisors; he has also advocated his clients before the Court of Auditors for revenue liability, tax, and customs law litigations.

He acts as a testament executor and offers his expertise in inheritance law at a national and transnational level.
